Clinton, N.Y. -- The Bombers split a pair of dual meets at Hamilton, beating Hartwick 126-108 and losing 132-107 to the host Continentals. Ithaca was led by senior Steve Barnes (Malvern Prep/Glenmoore, Pa.), who won the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:05.71). Barnes also finished second in the 200-(1:47.99) and the 500-yard freestyle events (4:51.95). Junior Pat Ryan (Interboro/Prospect Park, Pa.) took second place in the 200-yard individual medley (2:03.55). Sophomore Mark Tedeschi (Orchard Park/Orchard Park) added a third-place result in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:17.68).
